The Ultimate Fishing Machine

While EuroCity Marine’s Crownline bow rider range featured on page 74 targets family convenience, fun and comfort on the water, sister brand Finseeker is decidedly more angler focused. If serious fishing is more your interest, then Finseeker products are for you.

While EuroCity Marine’s Crownline bow rider range family convenience, fun and comfort on the water, sister brand Finseeker is decidedly more angler focused. If serious fishing is more your interest, then Finseeker products are for you.

With four centre console models and one dual console hardtop model making up the range, Finseeker’s specialty is fishing front and centre.

These American-made boats draws heavily on parent company Crownline’s hull design and manufacturing expertise, but adds to the mix a deeper gunwale, easy clearance around the centre console, and more fishing orientated features and accessories. Depending on the model, options can include live bait tanks, onboard tackle storage, generous catch storage solutions, rod, net and gaff holders, fold-away seating, and onboard shower for washdown after a busy day’s fishing.

Built at Crownline’s cutting-edge manufacturing facility in Illinois, these purpose-built fishing boats carry the same quality exhibited in the Crownline range. And despite being a fishing-focussed vessel, Finseeker boats remain superbly finished with ample seating and a head in every model. You’ll be very comfortable on your fishing journeys.

The range starts with the 6.25-metre Finseeker 200 CC which packs fishing amenities and optimal performance into a sleek, compact vessel. Fishable from bow to stern, this model features plenty of storage, six built-in rod holders, Wet Sounds speakers, a 7″ Garmin touchscreen and many other extras onboard. The 210 CC offers a slight variation on the 200 CC, adding a powder-coated T-Top for extra shelter from the elements.

At 6.6-metres, the 220 CC is arguably the perfect fishing and family boat in one beautiful package. With a sharp forward entry, a 20° dead rise and large freeboard, this design delivers comfort and safety for you and your family, without compromising its fishability. Like all Crownline and Finseeker models it can be specified in a range of contemporary gel coat colours that look great and ensure saleability later should you choose to upgrade.

That upgrade could be to the 6.9-metre Finseeker 230CC. Designed for everyday performance and fishability, the 230 CC’s hull design gives you a smooth, dry, high-performance ride. It comes loaded with standard amenities, including 9″ twin touchscreen displays at the helm, a fiberglass hard top, windlass with rope and chain, and many more features that Kiwi boaties want.

And brand new for 2021/2022 is the massive 8.8-metre multi-skilled dual-console 280 DC. Of which EuroCity Marine has two in stock as we go to print.

This model is without doubt one of the most stylish, practical and high performing hardtops on the market. Crafted with hauling in the record catch in mind, the 280 DC cruises in open water effortlessly and offers room to fish or just hang out with friends and family. This range-topper comes fully loaded with top-notch features for the serious fisherman, such as an aluminium framed hardtop enclosure with full windscreens, centre door, electric sunshade, rod holders, lighting, and four Wet Sounds speakers.
