Starship Supercar Show doubles down for 2023
The popular Starship Supercar Show is set to return this September, with all manner of impressive performance machinery on show across two days.

Your opportunity to get up close and personal with some of the world's finest automotive specimens is returning to excite crowds and raise money for the Starship charity.
Tickets go on sale Tuesday 18th July at 10am.
Two years after the hugely successful sold-out 2021 event, Giltrap Group has confirmed this year's Starship Supercar Show will be held across two days (16-17 September) to allow even more people to experience New Zealand's most impressive gathering of high-performance and luxury machinery, with 100% of ticket sales revenue going to the Starship Foundation.

More than 80 cars worth over $70-million will be displayed over five levels of the award-winning 119GNR building. This time the Starship Supercar Show will be staged across eight sessions across two days; the extra day and longer sessions have been introduced to allow more people more time to enjoy the cars.

This year the event will host the official New Zealand debut of the Aston Martin Valkyrie, the 1140bhp, designed in partnership with Red Bull Racing. The Valkyrie comes as close as possible to being a Formula One car without being restricted to the track, the perfect way to pay tribute to Aston Martin's 110 years.
Another star attraction for 2023 is the all-new Lamborghini Countach, one of only 112 built. Launched 50 years after the original Countach stunned the Geneva Motor Show, the new LPI-800-4 is an equally stunning car to see in the flesh. This hybrid-powered Countach will be part of a celebration of Lamborghini's 60 years as a supercar builder.
McLaren’s 60th Anniversary display will feature some of the finest and rarest supercars produced by McLaren, including the super-rare 403km/h Speedtail and the Elva, which pays tribute to Bruce McLaren's all-conquering Can-Am race cars.
Porsche will mark 75 incredible years at the show with an eight-car display which includes the new 911 Dakar, a 21st-century re-boot of the legendary Dakar Rally-winning 911 from 1984.
Rounding out the anniversaries, Lotus celebrates 70 years and will debut the all-new Eletre Hyper-SUV alongside the Emira.
More cars will be announced in the lead-up to the show.
