As a brand inspired by – and founded for – the tough Australian environment, the new winter collection delivers the same legacy of durability as R.M. Williams' iconic boots, emphasising quality materials, style and function.

R.M. Williams' Winter 2023 collection - subtitled 'Life in Layers' - is hallmarked by versatility and functionality, with a range of easy-to-layer styles that, says the company, promise protection, endurance and style.

New developments in the outerwear category will see quilted and puffer-style jackets constructed with sustainable Primaloft fill, a recycled material that offers supreme warmth and comfort while staying true to a 'preferred fibres' commitment. An updated offering of modern technical jackets, crafted with Halley Stevensons waxed cotton from Scotland, will add further functionality to the range thanks to water and wind resistant properties.

As the season continues, focus will shift to easy wearing cotton rugby tops, refreshing and advancing the R.M. Williams classic with new colourways and graphic designs

As always, the range is rooted in a hardy line-up of boots, engineered for durability and comfort; stylish and versatile for both the city streets and country adventures. A new footwear highlight for the men, the Goodwood Boot brings a touch of rugged elegance to the assortment with a round-toe shape and hardy features including a full storm welt, sturdy rubber sole and comfort insole.

The iconic Comfort Craftsman also returns in a palette of new season shades, as does the Lady Yearling for women, newly available with a supportive comfort insole. The women’s boot offering is also complemented by the return of the Ranger bag collection, an elegant line-up of leather accessories inspired by the brand’s heritage and beautifully crafted in premium leather.

The campaign was shot on Satellite Island, a southern isle off Tasmania’s mainland known for its untamed shoreline, rocky peaks and picturesque, waterfront cabins. The island’s
diverse landscape – a meeting of mountainous country and breathtaking coastlines – was a fitting location for the brand’s new collection, designed and primed to take on challenging
terrain with ease.
